The Evergreen Circle of Friends is a special tribute to those who indicate in writing that their estate plan includes provisions to help support Hospice of Lancaster County. To say thank you and give special recognition to people who provide for this compassionate and wonderful gift, Hospice has formed The Evergreen Circle of Friends.
Members of The Evergreen Circle of Friends are invited to an annual event to be held in their honor, receive a special newsletter, and are kept abreast of news about Hospice of Lancaster County.

A.Yes. Simply complete the registration form below.
Q.My will has been prepared but I would like to include a gift for Hospice of Lancaster County. What is the easiest way?
A.Your attorney can assist you in the preparation of a simple codicil to your will.
Q.My estate is limited but I would like to support Hospice of Lancaster County. Is there a minimum gift level to become a member of The Evergreen Circle of Friends?
A.No, all gifts are welcome as each helps to ensure that hospice services will be available to those in need.
Q.I understand that I need to complete and send the enclosed card to Hospice of Lancaster County to become a member of The Evergreen Circle of Friends. Will this information be kept confidential?
A.Absolutely. Your information will be held in strictest confidence with only your name being used to recognize your generosity. Or if you desire, simply check the box on the card to remain completely anonymous.
