This position will serve as a member of our leadership team and report directly to the President and CEO. Qualified applicants must be a licensed RN in PA. Bachelor’s degree required. Masters or advanced nursing degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years medical/surgical nursing experience, 2-3 yrs. hospice experience, and 3-5 years of senior healthcare management and supervisory experience required. Experience in teaching is a plus. Must have a strong commitment to customer service, quality of care, and employee satisfaction.

Home Hospice - FT, Day Shift

This position works in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. They support and enhance the organization's mission and philosophy. They promote excellence in end of life care. This position will provide nursing services and address ongoing needs for patients and caregivers.

CNA or equivalent experience required. Requires 2 years recent experience in hospice or health-related care. High school diploma or GED required. This position requires a reliable vehicle. Must be able to orient FT on day shift for 5-6 weeks.

Should have experience as a LPN within last 4 years. Must have a reliable vehicle.
