Vice President of Patient Care
This position will serve as a member of our leadership team and report directly to the President and CEO. Qualified applicants must be a licensed RN in PA. Bachelor’s degree required. Masters or advanced nursing degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years medical/surgical nursing experience, 2-3 yrs. hospice experience, and 3-5 years of senior healthcare management and supervisory experience required. Experience in teaching is a plus. Must have a strong commitment to customer service, quality of care, and employee satisfaction.

LPN
Home Hospice - FT, Day shift
This position works in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. They support and enhance the organizations mission and philosophy and promoting excellence in end of life care. This position will provide nursing services and address ongoing needs for patients and caregivers. Must be a graduate of an approved school of practical nursing and maintain a current PA license. Should have experience as a LPN within last 4 years. Must have a reliable vehicle.
