Employment OpportunitiesThe Hiring Process Hospice of Lancaster County welcomes highly motivated, bright, talented individuals. If you are interested in applying, the hiring process typically goes like this:
2. Apply online with our secure employment application or submit a résumé and cover letter online for current positions at Hospice. Résumés will be active in our database for six months. 3. Hospice of Lancaster County contacts selected candidates for interviews. 4. Hospice conducts pre-employment background checks which will/may include a credit check. In addition, we also conduct pre-employment drug screens. 5. Orientation starts every two weeks. Hospice of Lancaster County is an equal opportunity employer.
