The Hiring Process

Hospice of Lancaster County welcomes highly motivated, bright, talented individuals. If you are interested in applying, the hiring process typically goes like this:

  1. Review our current openings.

  2. Apply online with our secure employment application or submit a
    resume and cover letter online for current positions. Résumés will be active in our database for six months.

  3. Hospice of Lancaster County contacts selected candidates for interviews.

  4. Hospice conducts pre-employment background checks which will/may include a credit check. In addition, we also conduct pre-employment drug
    screens.

  5. Orientation starts every two weeks.
