Hospice Aide
Inpatient Unit - FT, Night Shift
In collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, provides supportive personal care services under the supervision of registered nurses, enhancing the organization mission and philosophy, promoting excellence in end of life care. Must be a Certified Nurse Aide.2 years recent experience in hospice or health-related care. High school diploma or GED required.. This position requires a reliable vehicle.

LPN
Inpatient Unit - PT, Evening Shift
Home Hospice - FT, Day Shift
Works in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, under the direction of the RN, providing direct care of the assigned caseload, addressing the ongoing needs of patients and caregiver. The LPN supports and enhances the organization mission and philosophy, promoting excellence in end of life care. Must be a graduate of an approved school of practical nursing. Maintains current Pennsylvania license. One year of medical/surgical nursing experience as a licensed practical nurse within last four years required. This position requires a reliable vehicle. Must be able to complete 6- 8 weeks of day shift orientation.

RN
Home Hospice - FT, Day Shift
Works in collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) coordinating care, providing nursing services, and assessing and addressing the ongoing needs of patients and caregivers. Registered Nurses may provide support in one or more of the following capacities: home hospice, continuous care, inpatient care, or the clinical support team. In addition, the RN supports and enhances the organizational mission and philosophy, promoting excellence in end of life care.

Clinical Secretary/Administrative Assistant
Home Hospice - FT, Day Shift
Provides secretarial support to admissions and home hospice. High School graduate or educational equivalent preparation with training in business and secretarial skills. Computer experience required; including word processing and database and Office 2003 preferred. Able to communicate verbally and in writing in the English language and to work cooperatively with other staff. Must convey exceptional verbal communication abilities to include: professionalism, courtesy, and warm pleasant speaking voice.
