The Evergreen Circle of Friends

The Evergreen Circle of Friends is a special tribute to those who indicate in writing that their estate plan includes provisions to help support Hospice of Lancaster County. It gives Hospice of Lancaster County an opportunity to say thank you and give special recognition to people who provide compassionate and wonderful gifts.

Members of The Evergreen Circle of Friends are invited to an annual event held in their honor.

When you provide for Hospice of Lancaster County in your estate plan, you will be leaving a legacy that is more than monetary — it's a legacy of providing quality hospice care for people in your community. How your gift helps others
Hospice of Lancaster County provides a special combination of care and compassion for patients (and their families, friends and caregivers) who are coping with any life-limiting illness. Hospice professionals offer medical, emotional and spiritual support ensuring optimal comfort, dignity and quality of life. Bereavement support is also available for adults, teens and children for 16 months following the loss of a loved one.

Many of our services are able to be provided only through the generous community support received from compassionate friends like you.

How do I become a member of the Evergreen Circle of Friends?
Q. My estate plan already includes Hospice of Lancaster County as a beneficiary. Can I become a member of The Evergreen Circle of Friends?
A. Yes. Simply complete the registration form below.

Q. My will has been prepared, but I would like to include a gift for Hospice of Lancaster County. What is the easiest way?
A. Your attorney can assist you in the preparation of a simple codicil to your will.

Q. My estate is limited, but I would like to support Hospice of Lancaster County. Is there a minimum gift level to become a member of The Evergreen Circle of Friends?
A. No, all gifts are welcome as each helps to ensure that hospice services will be available to those in need.
